Elgibility:
A mother living in the United States or its Territories of a child (bioloogical, adopted, or one to whom she has been a stepmother at least from the time that the child was thirteen (13) years old who is serving in, or who has been honorably or medically discharged from the Armed Forces of the United States.
Blue Star Dads, siblings and friends may join as Associate Members, but pay no dues.
